Full Time Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
Administer personnel benefits, retirement, and open enrollment programs. Onboard new employees. Coordinate reporting to state and local agencies. Manage internal data systems and data collection initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education: College Degree preferred
Skills and Abilities: knowledge of FileMaker Pro, Excel, Word and Google Suite; ability to exchange and manipulate relational data between systems, superior organizational abilities; ability to work well with people
Preferred Knowledge: Guidelines and benefits specific to administrators, teachers, support and custodial staff; Mass. Teachers' and Middlesex Retirement Systems; Chapter 32B regulations; insurance provider options; and State and Federal Reporting Regulations
