MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Four years of recent experience in Human Resources, Payroll or related field.
OR An Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field AND two years of related experience. - Knowledge and ability to use spreadsheet, database, word processing, HRIS or equivalent programs.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
May be additional requirements depending on functional area assigned.
REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO START DATE- FBI fingerprint background check (at employee's expense).
- Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
- Ability to work an irregular work schedule and overtime as needed.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Experience in a school district setting.
- Professional HR Certification (such as PHR).

FTE: 1.0 - 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
