Human Resources Associate (Temporary Non-Benefited)
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service-focused HR Associate (Temporary, Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for employees and managers—helping them get the support andinformation they need across a wide range of HR topics. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience across many areas of Human Resources. Your work will help ensure our HR services run smoothly and that people feel supported every day. The role offers an annual salary rate of $53,478, adjusted proportionally to reflect the 5-month term of the position.
You'll support day-to-day HR operations and provide a great experience for anyone who reaches out for help. In this role, you will:
- Serve as a first point of contact for HR questions via phone, email, and in person
- Provide clear, accurate information to employees and managers.
- Support multiple HR areas – Employee & Labor Relations, Transformation Quality and Compliance, Payroll and Benefits.
- Help manage shared HR email inboxes and track requests to ensure timely responses
- Support team members with projects, initiatives, and daily administrative work
- Pitch in wherever needed—including providing backup support across the HR team
- Handle sensitive information with care, professionalism, and confidentiality

Required Education and Experience:
- 1. Associate's degree; or
- 2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in human resources or a related field.
- NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
