Key Responsibilities
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files
Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and posting job openings
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration tasks
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and correspondence
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
Help coordinate training sessions, employee events, and engagement initiatives
Perform general administrative tasks and support special projects as needed
