Human Resources Assistant
Lafayette, LA| $20-$25/Hour | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage core human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to support both employees and management in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of HR experience required
  • HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and multitask effectively
  • Bilingual Preferred
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay:
  • $20-$25 per hour
