Hours: 7:45am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
Duration: Temporary to Possible Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Handle reception and visitor duties
*Prepare documents, make calls, coordinate meetings, schedule interviews and send calendar invites
*Oversee events for facility to include meals and setup for meetings and lunches in addition to
other company events for employees and visitors
*Maintain proper inventory levels of office supplies for facility
*Coordinate eScreens and evaluations for new hires and existing personnel
*Assist with new hire orientation
*Scan and email records for personnel files of employees
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bilingual skills, English and Spanish
*Strong oral, written, and presentation skills
*2+ years’ experience working in a HR support role, preferably in manufacturing
*Average skill level with MS Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
