Why you'll love this position: The Human Resources Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by assisting employees and supervisors with HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, benefits and personnel records management. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service while being organized and ensuring compliance with employment laws, policies and HR best practices.

Job Location: This position will be located at 205 Jefferson St., Jefferson City, MO 65101.
  • Primary point of contact for employees regarding general HR questions.
  • Serves as department recruiter: coordinate and process job postings, attend job fairs and support outreach efforts.
  • Process applications within the employment system.
  • Manage the new-hire process, including preparing welcome packages, onboarding of new employees, and ensuring all new-hire paperwork is completed.
  • Process and track FMLA and ADA requests ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support timekeeping processes by reviewing reports and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee communications, and other documentation.
  • Assist with employee recognition programs and special projects.
  • Coordinate employment verifications, tuition reimbursement requests, and other employee service programs.
  • Support policy administration and assist with maintaining HR procedures and documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for the Human Resources department and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance.

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a closely related field;
OR
  • Four years of administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize workflows; however on-the-job training may be available for the right candidate; and possession of a high school diploma or equivalency.
