| Job Summary: |
The Human Resources Operations Specialist ensures compliance and accuracy in essential HR Operations, including monitoring employee credentials, tracking and maintaining employee records, maintaining and auditing personnel files, and processing personnel actions. Additionally, this role serves as the primary point of contact for HR Procedure inquiries.

Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in a Human Resources setting for at least two years, have supported operational functions, and have experience overseeing and managing programs, comprehensive processes, and records management.

Must be able to secure and maintain clearance from DCS Central Registry.
