Introduction
The HR Operations team is seeking a centralization analyst team member with the skills and competencies necessary to provide support in the functional areas of a human resources department. This role supports the HR Centralization Team by processing HR transactions for facilities across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines and internal controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience with an HRIS System; Workday experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical background with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within HR
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, and COGNOS or other reporting tools
- Proficient in the use of the Client Office products
- Manufacturing exposure considered a plus
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and leaves
- Audit data for accuracy between Workday and the legacy PeopleSoft payroll system
- Return incorrect or incomplete transactions with clear guidance
- Partner with HR, talent teams, and plant-based personnel to resolve questions
- Support mass upload activities (EIB) depending on skill level
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive data
