Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HR Administrator to support and execute core HR functions in a fast-paced, lean environment. This role requires someone who can operate independently, navigate HR processes and compliance, and step in without heavy structure or support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage onboarding & offboarding processes end-to-end
Facilitate new hire orientation and prepare offer letters
Support payroll by gathering and validating pay cycle data
Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and HR processes
Coordinate recruiting efforts (scheduling, candidate communication)
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Assist in improving HR processes and workflows
Support general office operations as needed
MUST HAVES
2–4+ years of HR experience (HR Admin, Coordinator, or Specialist level)
Working knowledge of HR laws/compliance or ability to independently research and apply them
Experience in a lean or less structured environment
Exposure across multiple HR functions (onboarding, payroll support, benefits, employee relations)
Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal oversight
Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
