Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, recruiting coordination, and employee record management.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees

  • Prepare offer letters and assist with new hire orientation

  • Support payroll by collecting and validating time and employee data

  • Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and HR procedures

  • Assist with benefits enrollment and resolve employee benefit issues

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and internal procedures

  • Help improve and streamline HR processes and workflows

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and office as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or similar role

  • Exposure to onboarding, benefits, payroll support, and recruiting coordination

  • Working knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
