Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HR Administrator to support and execute core HR functions in a fast-paced, lean environment. This role requires someone who can operate independently, navigate HR processes and compliance, and step in without heavy structure or support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding & offboarding processes end-to-end

• Facilitate new hire orientation and prepare offer letters

• Support payroll by gathering and validating pay cycle data

• Handle employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, and HR processes

• Coordinate recruiting efforts (scheduling, candidate communication)

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Assist in improving HR processes and workflows

• Support general office operations as needed

MUST HAVES

• 2–4+ years of HR experience (HR Admin, Coordinator, or Specialist level)

• Working knowledge of HR laws/compliance or ability to independently research and apply them

• Experience in a lean or less structured environment

• Exposure across multiple HR functions (onboarding, payroll support, benefits, employee relations)

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal oversight

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
