An administrative professional dedicated to providing comprehensive support to the Human Resources Manager. This role manages all facets of personnel records, facilitates temporary agency payroll operations, and ensures seamless HR service delivery through meticulous data management and proactive employee engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering professional, timely, and solutions-oriented customer service.
Executes general administrative and clerical functions, including managing the main phone line and coordinating internal and external correspondence.
Maintains accurate and confidential employee records within physical files and the Oracle Fusion HRIS, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
Reconciles temporary agency timesheets and processes related invoices to ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles.
Coordinates new hire onboarding by initiating background checks, preparing personnel files, and assisting with benefits enrollment procedures.
Administers the Kronos timekeeping system, including profile setup, daily attendance corrections, and hardware maintenance of finger scanners.
Tracks labor information via Kronos and Excel to generate analytical reports for departmental review.
Ensures regulatory compliance by verifying I-9 documentation and processing employee data through Greenhouse and Oracle Fusion.
Facilitates offboarding procedures by accurately processing termination paperwork and exit documentation.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR clerical support or a related administrative role.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
