We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible HR & Administrative Assistant for a Greenville, NC based employer. This role provides critical support across human resources, payroll, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Associate Engagement & Events: Assist with planning, catering, supply management, setup, and cleanup for all major company associate functions, including various staff luncheons and service award events.
Training & Compliance Coordination: Help facilitate and maintain records for required training programs and health assessments, including hearing and vision testing, safety training, forklift certification, and respirator training.
Recruitment Support: Assist with the onboarding process, including conducting new hire assessments, coordinating interviews, and managing incoming applications within the Outlook Careers folder.
Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Support the payroll department by verifying benefit forms, reviewing payroll edits, and preparing monthly reports.
Administrative & Clerical Support: Maintain the integrity of HR records by filing and scanning documents; serve as the primary backup for the front desk Receptionist; perform other clerical duties as assigned.
