Kforce has a client that is seeking a Human Resource Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Tampa, FL.

Duties Include:

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and position requirements
• Support recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates
• Manage job postings across various recruitment platforms
• Conduct candidate pre-screen interviews and evaluate qualifications against role requirements
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, communications, and preparation of interview materials
• Maintain a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process to ensure timely and effective recruitment outcomes
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking information
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process
