We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to oversee human resources, benefits administration, employee relations, and office operations while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff. This role offers the opportunity to lead a wide range of HR functions, contribute to organizational strategy, and enhance overall employee experience in a collaborative and professional environment.

Position Overview

The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as the primary leader for all human resources functions, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience. This individual will work closely with leadership teams across multiple office locations to develop effective HR strategies, administer benefits programs, and foster an engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Leadership

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and disciplinary matters.
  • Lead employee onboarding, offboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Administer performance review processes and compensation planning.
  • Manage attendance, leave administration, and workforce policies.
  • Maintain employee handbook updates and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate employee development and training programs.
  • Oversee employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and internal communication resources.

Benefits & Compliance

  • Direct administration of employee benefit programs, including health, disability, retirement, and employee assistance plans.
  • Manage annual open enrollment and benefit renewal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, ERISA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Partner with brokers and vendors to evaluate and maintain competitive benefits offerings.
  • Support leave management programs and coordinate related payroll activities.

Operations & Administrative Management

  • Oversee administrative support workflows and daily office operations.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and facility-related services.
  • Assist with operational initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience across multiple office locations.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a senior-level HR leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting a professional services organization.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.<
