Key Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations and roles (30–40 hires regularly)
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records compliance
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and company policies
• Oversee onboarding, background checks, and HR administrative functions
Qualifications for the HR Manager:
• Experience in HR generalist functions including recruiting and employee relations
• Payroll processing experience (Paylocity preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• Experience supporting multi-state operations
