    Human Resources Generalist

Our organization is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and strengthen employee engagement across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys wearing multiple HR hats.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries
    • Support full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring
    • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
    • Assist with performance evaluations and coaching initiatives
    • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure regulatory compliance
    • Support benefits enrollment, leave management, and policy communication
    • Partner with leadership to strengthen company culture and employee engagement
    • Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements
    Required Qualifications
    • 2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related HR role
    • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
