Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Lead HR for our site, partnering with managers and employees
- Recruit and retain top manufacturing talent
- Manage onboarding, benefits, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives that focus on fostering engagement and reducing turnover
- Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate records
- Use HR data to drive smarter decisions
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of HR experience in manufacturing/industrial settings
- Proven success in reducing turnover and improving engagement
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Commitment to long-term organizational success
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
