This role is responsible for performing HR and Payroll duties at a professional level, including payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws.
- Reviewing timecards for accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Processing bi-weekly payroll for U.S. and Canada locations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintaining employee records, managing benefits enrollment, and handling employee inquiries.
- Administering benefits programs, leave of absence, and compliance reports.
- Supporting employee relations, conducting new hire orientations, and assisting with HR policies.
- Ensuring data accuracy, preparing reports, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, payroll experience, multi-state payroll knowledge, and bilingual ability. The position involves minimal travel and operates in a professional office environment with standard equipment.
