This role is instrumental in managing both transactional and complex human resource functions, ensuring a seamless employee experience from hire to retirement. As part of the People Services team, the Generalist supports various HR functions including new hire orientation, benefits administration, employee services, and compliance.Working closely with the People Service Director and other team members, the People Services Generalist plays a critical role in maintaining accurate employee data, supporting HR projects, and improving processes.
