We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support a busy HR team with a short-term project. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience helping with open enrollment and administrative duties in HR.
Details
Duration: Approximately 6-12 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Work Environment: Business casual office setting
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist with employment verification requests
Audit and organize personnel files
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team
Respond to basic employee questions (benefits, policies, open enrollment, etc.)
Support reporting and data tracking within Excel and HR systems
Qualifications
Previous administrative or HR support experience preferred
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Comfortable learning new tasks with minimal training
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
