This position is responsible for assisting HR Managers and other personnel within the site team. They will have responsibility of handling employee data, coordinating with employee benefits, managing hiring processes, and conducting the onboarding of new hires. This positionwill be competent in handling different human resources responsibilities and have sufficient professional experience along with strong communication skills.

Working with the Plant Manager, site Safety Manager, and corporate resources, supports the proper administration of: Safety programs, workers compensation, medical program, OSHA and other regulatory compliance, plant security function, affirmative action, EEOC, and other employment related regulatory programs. Establishes and maintains a professional and positive image in dealings with employees and outside contacts so that the department and company are regarded as an excellent employer. Participates in unemployment fact findings.
Skills & Abilities Minimum Required | Associate's Degree Minimum Required | 4-5 Years Experience: Certifications & Licenses: SHRM-CP Preferred.
