About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic HR Business Partner to lead the cultural development of our new lines. This role will be instrumental in building a strong, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture that aligns with Nature's Bakery's values and business objectives. You will partner closely with site leadership and associates to create an engaging and productive environment, ensuring our new site is a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to define, communicate, and embed Nature's Bakery's culture at our new site, ensuring alignment with our values and mission.
Collaborate with site leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies that support growth and associate engagement.
Design and implement programs to foster associate engagement, recognition, and well-being, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies that attract and retain top talent aligned with Nature's Bakery's culture and business needs.
Guide managers and associates through performance management processes, coaching for development, and fostering a culture of continuous feedback.
Identify learning needs and partner with L&D to deliver culture-focused training and development programs.
Act as a trusted resource for resolving associate relations issues, promoting open communication and a respectful work environment.
Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and Nature's Bakery policies, adapting as necessary for the new site's context.
Track and analyze HR metrics related to culture, engagement, turnover, and other key indicators to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
