Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities:
Work with Senior Leadership and Provide Direction and Advice
Employee Relations for Union and Nonunion Employees
Collaborate with Total Rewards: Job Evaluations, Salary Recommendations
Participate in the Development and Implementation of HR Policies
Requirements:
Five or more years HR experience
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree required
Healthcare industry background
Comfortable working in a higher volume environment
