The HumanResourcesBusiness Partnerplaysa critical role on Green Thumb's People Teamwhereourfocus is all about our clients, our very own Green Thumb employees.Thisis a hands-on role that will primarily supporttheHRBusiness Partnersinthe interpretation,implementationand executionof the People teaminitiatives,programs,and policiesin the day-to-dayoperationsto ensure compliance with regulations, drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.You'lltake a key role in supporting our employee population in thedifferent stagesofthe employeelife cycle (onboarding, offboarding,performance management,promotions/transfers)and ensure that their experience is reflective of ourGreen Thumbvalues and behaviors.Under the guidance of theRegionalHR Business Partner, this role willprovidea mix of remote and on-siteHR support and guidance forIllinoisretaildispensarieswhile workingcloselywith ourteamsand leadersto coach, challenge, collaborate and support them as our business continues to evolve and scale.

This position supports our Central and Southern Illinois locations and requires a strong onsite presence.
