We are seeking a Human Factors Specialist to design and evaluate pilot interfaces for electric aircraft, supporting certification and flight deck development.
- Develop and certify flight deck interfaces, collaborating with engineers, pilots, and safety teams
- Review safety assessments and conduct simulator and flight test plans
- Assess pilot performance, cognitive workload, and situational awareness
- Provide critical human factors feedback to ensure safety and compliance
Minimum qualifications include a degree in Human Factors or related field, 2+ years of experience, and proficiency in ergonomic and interface design. Preferred qualifications are an advanced degree, 5+ years of experience, pilot certification, and aerospace industry experience.
