Let’s Start With a Few Questions

Do you thrive where strategy meets the factory floor? Can you move from advising leaders on workforce planning to fine-tuning HRIS data without missing a beat? Are you energized by building safe, compliant, people-centered environments?

Role Snapshot

As the Human Capital & Compliance Manager, you’ll be the linchpin for the full employee lifecycle and site administration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You’ll ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations—especially Texas labor laws—and keep OSHA-focused safety efforts front and center while elevating the employee experience.

What Will I Handle Day to Day?

  • Own recruiting through offboarding, including documentation and meticulous personnel record administration
  • Support payroll processing, track attendance, coordinate benefits, and maintain accurate HRIS data (ADP expertise preferred)
  • Develop and roll out performance reviews, evaluations, and policy updates
  • Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and foster a supportive, respectful workplace
  • Lead orientations, compliance training, safety initiatives, and engagement programming
  • Champion legal and safety compliance, including Texas employment regulations and OSHA standards
  • Partner with leadership on organizational development and workforce planning
  • Oversee office operations: vendor coordination, supply management, and daily facility support
  • Protect confidentiality and uphold high standards for HR documentation

What Experience Do I Need?

  • 5+ years of HR work within U.S.-based organizations; manufacturing/industrial/operations experience preferred
  • Robust knowledge of Texas employment law and HR compliance
  • Background in payroll administration and HR systems; ADP is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements and safety programs in factory/manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Top-tier organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
  • Bilingual capability is a plus, not required

Who Thrives Here?

  • Hands-on, proactive problem-solvers who enjoy working cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership
  • Professionals who combine calm, confidential judgment with urgency and follow-through
