Hub Leader/Property Manager
We are currently seeking a Hub Leader/Property Manager to join our team. A successful candidate will possess sales skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and be able to maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Renting storage units.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
- Facility cleaning and upkeep.
- Property Walk Throughs and clean up.
- Collection calls for the locations.
- Any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience is required.
- Ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
