HSSEQ Manager (Supply Chain Focus)

Job Title: Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Quality Manager

Location: Houma, LA (primary, some travel is required)

Job Summary

The HSSEQ Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality programs across warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations supporting the oil and gas industry. This position ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and company standards while promoting a culture of safety, operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. The HSSEQ Manager works closely with operations, warehouse personnel, transportation providers, customers, and leadership teams to identify risks, improve performance, and support safe and efficient operations.

• Develop and maintain HSSEQ policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, customer, and company requirements.
• Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, audits, and corrective actions.
• Monitor and report HSSEQ performance metrics.
• Oversee facility security and environmental compliance programs.
• Manage quality systems and support customer and third-party audits.
• Conduct employee training and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
• Partner with operations leadership to identify risks and improve performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of HSSEQ experience in oil & gas, warehousing, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA, and industry regulations.
• Experience with audits, investigations, and compliance programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications (CSP, ASP, ISO Auditor, etc.) preferred.
