HS/JH ASST CROSS COUNTRY COACH
This is a combined program for high school and junior high students
INTERESTED APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
- Demonstrated knowledge, dedication, experience, and ability to help teach cross country conditioning & running skills
- Ability to teach student athletes sportsmanship, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, commitment, pride, and fun
- Ability to communicate effectively and enforce rules and expectations equitably
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive role model
- Proven successful experience with high school and/or junior high students
- Current valid first aid card
- Experience and/or training in the care and prevention of athletic injuries preferred
- Be willing to maintain coaches' standards as established by WIAA
- Be able to clear WSP/FBI Criminal Background check
