Title: HRIS Consultant
Locations: Jacksonville, Florida

Salary Range: $20 - $24/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team as an Information Process Enabler. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and analyzing data from multiple sources, excellent customer service and communication skills, and experience with HR systems and inquiries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with case management systems and handling HR inquiries
- Proficiency utilizing HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now) and Excel for reporting and analytics
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Benefits & Retirement Plan Administration: Monitor weekly feeds, maintain documentation, and resolve discrepancies with benefit vendors and ADP.
- HR Shared Services & Tier 1 Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 HR support, addressing a wide range of associate inquiries.
- HRIS, Data Integrity & System Enhancements: Partner with IT and HRIS teams on data validation, system testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Reporting, Analytics & Compliance: Produce and maintain clear, accurate HR reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using analytical software.
