HRIS Analyst
Valor Fleet Services
At Valor Fleet Services, we believe great systems create great employee experiences. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRIS Analyst to join our growing HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with technology, data, and process improvement — and wants to use those skills to make HR operations smoother and more effective for real people.
In this role, you’ll help support, optimize, and expand our HRIS platform while partnering across HR, payroll, benefits, safety, and operations teams. Your work will directly impact employees across all Valor Fleet brands.
What You’ll Do
HRIS Administration
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Paylocity modules, workflows, and system settings
- Support ongoing HRIS enhancements, testing, audits, and troubleshooting
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HRIS-related questions and support
- Assist with implementation and rollout activities as the platform continues to evolve
Data Integrity & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including deductions, elections, and lifecycle updates
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics that support HR and leadership decision-making
HR Operations Support
- Partner across payroll, benefits, and HR operations to support daily processes
- Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Contribute to HR projects, reporting initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
Compliance & Training Tracking
- Monitor employee certifications, licenses, and required trainings
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready compliance reporting
- Collaborate with HR and Safety leadership to support regulatory compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of experience to succeed here — we’re looking for someone with curiosity, attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with an HRIS platform (Paylocity experience is a plus)
- Comfort working with data, reporting, and system configuration
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
Who You Are
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive employee information
- Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
- Curious, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent hands-on experience, internships, or technical training will also be considered. We value aptitude, initiative, and a strong work ethic just as much as formal credentials.
Why Join Valor Fleet?
At Valor Fleet, you won’t just maintain systems — you’ll help build and improve them.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure across HR functions, work closely with leadership, and play an important role in shaping scalable HR operations for a growing organization. We value people who are collaborative, adaptable, and eager to grow.
