Summary:

  • The company is seeking an HRIS Analyst & Administrative Assistant to enhance the performance of HR technologies and assist the Human Resources Division Chief.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the creation and implementation of a performance management tool.
  • Conduct performance metrics and assist in resolving application issues.
  • Document HR policies, processes, and practices, compile HR data, and generate reports.
  • Ensure efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance, employee performance data, and employee personnel records.
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documentation, including hiring, termination of service, performing and analyzing exit interviews, assisting with payroll administration, and HRCMS reports.
  • Maintain and organize the HR SharePoint, including employee personnel files.
  • Maintain the organizational chart of the commission.
  • Provide diversity statistics, employee turnover statistics, and employee audit file statistics to the Human Resources Division Chief as needed while identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to guide HR decisions.
  • Plan employee recognition programs including monthly events and calendars, working closely with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Sr. Program Manager.
  • Support the administrative needs of the Human Resources Division Chief including managing calendars, appointments, emails, and duties as needed.
  • Maintain filing systems.
  • Support the preparation and development of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence as needed.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences; take meeting notes when necessary.
  • Prepare employment materials and maintain employee database records.
  • Compile and maintain records for use in the administration of employee benefits, and required ethics and CORI training.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the HRIS industry as well as the general HR industry.
  • Possess senior-level administrative experience.
