The HRIS Analyst supports and enhances Forefront’s HR technology ecosystem within a centralized HR Shared Services model. This role manages configuration, administration, reporting, and day-to-day system support across ADP Workforce Now while also contributing to the planning, design, and future implementation of Workday. The HRIS Analyst builds strong cross-functional relationships with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to ensure accurate data, smooth processes, and a positive, connected employee experience.
Responsibilities:Required Competencies and Skills:
3+ years of HRIS experience required; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience with Workday required; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrates strong business acumen and HR technology expertise, with a proven ability to support HRIS projects and implementations, optimize workflows, and apply a solid understanding of HR processes, HRIS administration, and best practices to enhance user experience and service delivery.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights; proficiency in Excel required; proficiency in Power BI or similar analytics tools preferred.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable working across HR, Finance, IT, and operations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to confidentiality and accurate handling of sensitive information.
Physical Qualifications:
For this position, the base pay range is $80,000-$100,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications or training.
