Work Type: Full Time, Direct Hire

Compensation: $90k-$115k/year

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, supporting a multi-shift manufacturing/warehouse environment
  • Act as primary point of contact for employee relations matters; conduct investigations and provide recommendations
  • Coach managers on performance management, corrective actions, and policy application
  • Promote and support a strong safety culture; assist with incident investigations, compliance, and return-to-work processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (OSHA, FMLA, ADA, workers comp, etc.)
  • Partner with operations on workforce planning, staffing levels, scheduling, and labor management across shifts
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and recognition programs
  • Assist with training and development for supervisors, including coaching, employee relations, and attendance management
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reporting within HRIS (Paycom)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and logistics teams; provide updates on workforce or safety issues

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
  • 3+ years of HR experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting multi-shift operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support all shifts
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • High level of discretion with confidential information

Preferred:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Experience supporting high-volume, hourly workforces
  • OSHA or safety-related experience
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
