- Job Description: The Tier Human Resources SPecialist
- Conduct day-to-day transactional processing in Workday and other related HR systems.
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and texts in a call center environment.
- Adhere to HR Operations standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Evaluate and respond to employee and manager inquiries via phone, chat, or other channels using a knowledge base and desktop tools.
- Listen actively, interpret information accurately, and provide clear solutions.
- Offer guidance on Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism through effective communication, responsiveness, and collaboration.
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 Service Center Specialists or the HR Service Center Manager.
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions in the Case Management System.
- Protect employee and company confidentiality; report non-compliance and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Deliver excellent, efficient, and courteous service to all callers.
- Ensure case notes are thorough, professional, and accurately describe issues and resolutions.
- Identify escalation trends and recommend opportunities for process improvements or new solutions.
- Assist in improving communication, operational efficiency, and implementing changes as needed.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.
- Interact effectively with a diverse employee and manager population at all organizational levels.
