  1. Job Description: The Tier Human Resources SPecialist
  2. Conduct day-to-day transactional processing in Workday and other related HR systems.
  3. Manage a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and texts in a call center environment.
  4. Adhere to HR Operations standards, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  5. Evaluate and respond to employee and manager inquiries via phone, chat, or other channels using a knowledge base and desktop tools.
  6. Listen actively, interpret information accurately, and provide clear solutions.
  7. Offer guidance on Workday, Kronos, and other HR systems as needed.
  8. Demonstrate professionalism through effective communication, responsiveness, and collaboration.
  9. Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 Service Center Specialists or the HR Service Center Manager.
  10. Maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions in the Case Management System.
  11. Protect employee and company confidentiality; report non-compliance and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Deliver excellent, efficient, and courteous service to all callers.
  13. Ensure case notes are thorough, professional, and accurately describe issues and resolutions.
  14. Identify escalation trends and recommend opportunities for process improvements or new solutions.
  15. Assist in improving communication, operational efficiency, and implementing changes as needed.
  16. Build positive working relationships with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders.
  17. Interact effectively with a diverse employee and manager population at all organizational levels.
