The HR Technology Director harnesses technology and data to optimize HR systems and provide actionable insights, supporting Cru staff and leaders to accelerate gospel impact.The HR Technology Specialist/Team Leader role integrates human resources and technology to optimize HR systems and processes. Partnering with LDHR leaders to enhance system performance, this role provides leadership to ensure data integrity and implementation of new solutions that improve efficiency and support the ministrys goals.
The Kind of Work Youll be Doing:
- Set the direction, priorities, and operational plans of the HR Technology & Analytics team to ensure team members have clear and achievable goals. This includes providing consistent coaching and development to foster a healthy and productive team environment.
- Collaborate with LDHR leaders, ministries, and Communities of Practice (CoPs) to develop and deliver cohesive, technology-enabled solutions that strengthen LDHRs impact.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for LDHR technology that aligns with Crus organizational objectives and HR initiatives, supporting data-driven decision making across the ministry.
- Identify trends, common themes, and improvement opportunities in HR systems to drive technical innovation and ministry optimization, ensuring that processes and tools are efficient, effective, and aligned with ministry goals.
- Lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of LDHR systems including HCM, talent management, payroll, and benefits platforms to ensure integrated, scalable, and mission- aligned solutions.
- Partner with US Technology and project manager to prioritize initiatives and support project delivery. This includes but is not limited to identifying requirements, selecting vendors, and executing projects to ensure alignment with HR strategy, timelines, and budget.
- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors through contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and service-level agreements, promoting excellence and technical innovation in partnership delivery.
- Ensure data governance and compliance across all LDHR systems by maintaining adherence to data privacy regulations and organizational security policies, while implementing safeguards to protect sensitive information.
- Oversee the organizational adoption of new LDHR systems with other business platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM) and lead the HR Technology & Analytics team to ensure accurate, accessible, and consistent data for decision-making and ministry insight.
- Optimize existing technologies and deliver training programs that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision making, ensuring that Crus HR technology supports both people and purpose.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to employees who perform HR Technology & Analytics functions. Coordinate the following leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Required Experience:
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or technology is preferred.
- 5 to 7 in HR systems management, HR technology implementation, or a similar role or a combination of education and experience. Experience in a leadership or project management capacity preferred.
