Summary:
The HR Technology Specialist supports the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of the company's global Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud-based system. This role combines responsibilities across data and dashboard quality assurance and HCM administration, ensuring reliable reporting, data accuracy, and real-time business support.
Working across multiple countries, languages, and time zones, this role plays a key part in supporting talent analytics expansion, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring consistent HR system functionality for a global workforce. The position also contributes to system enhancements, testing, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support dashboard QA and validation, including data used for Power BI and other analytics platforms
Assist in validating data models, outputs, and reporting used in leadership dashboards
Partner with IT and stakeholders to test and validate data-related system changes and reporting enhancements
Support the expansion and adoption of workforce and talent analytics reporting
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and regions
Provide real-time support, including data investigations and issue resolution
Maintain and update employee records in HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple countries
Provide first-level support to HR and business users, resolving system-related issues and escalating as needed
Support employee lifecycle transactions (e.g., hires, job changes, terminations) with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
Maintain coverage during GBS holidays and team absences to ensure business continuity
Proactively identify data quality issues, determine root cause, and contribute to resolution
Reduce reliance on single-resource knowledge through documentation and cross-training
Maintain confidentiality of HR data and sensitive information

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education and Experience
2-6 years of experiencein HR Technology, IT, HR operations, or a related field
Experience with reporting and analytic tools (Power BI, SQL Birst or similar)
Familiarity withHRIS platforms(Infor preferred or experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar system)
Experience performing data checks, reconciliation, or auditing activities with large data sets to ensure report accuracy and completeness
Exposure to system testing or quality assurance practices, including executing test cases, defect identification, and validation of system or reporting outputs
Experience supporting HR systems and processes, including employee lifecycle transactions, data management, and reporting activities
Experience withtroubleshooting system issues, coordinating with IT or HR operations, and escalating as needed
Basic understanding ofdata integrity,system security, anduser access management
Experience working with global teams or in a shared services environment is a plus
Skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Foundational knowledge of data validation and QA practices, including validating reports, dashboards, and system outputs
Ability to support HCM administration, transaction processing, and system-related procedures
Basic understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements across the employee lifecycle and, preferably, across multiple regions
Ability to identify issues, follow defined processes, and escalate defects or discrepancies appropriately
Understanding ofdata privacy and compliancestandards (e.g. GDPR)
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communication and collaboration skills with HR, IT, and other business stakeholders
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools used for data review and analysis
Willingness to learn new technologies and stay current on HRIS, analytics, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
HYBRID/REMOTE WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Hours: Must be available to work 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday with flexibility to support global business partners and team MST collaboration needs
Home Office Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Communication Expectations: Daily stand-up meetings and regular collaboration sessions throughout the day via video calls
Adherence to Company Network Security:The network connection and access to company information must comply with all company security protocols to protect sensitive information
