Job Overview:
The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist provides comprehensive Human Resources and Talent Acquisition support to ensure a best-in-class employee experience at Vivid Impact. This role combines HR operational responsibilities with full-cycle recruiting functions, supporting both the employee lifecycle and the attraction of top talent aligned with company culture and business needs. This position is responsible for HR administration including onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations, while also managing recruiting activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
Schedule Details:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Compensation Details & Benefits:
$50,000-$60,000 annual salary.

What You'll Do:
Human Resources Administration
- Manage new hire onboarding including background checks, I-9s, payroll, benefits, and HRIS setup.
- Maintain HR records and support payroll and benefits administration.
- Assist employees with HR, payroll, and benefits questions.
- Track workers' compensation claims and maintain documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Help improve HR processes and support employee engagement activities.
Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
- Partner with managers to define hiring needs and create job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and candidate pipelines.
- Assist with offers, compensation recommendations, and onboarding coordination.
- Track recruiting metrics and stay current on hiring trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in HR administration and/or talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing or logistics environments.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as UKG Ready or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience required).
- Experience with predictive assessment tools (e.g., Predictive Index) is a plus.
