Role Overview
The HR & Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for evaluating open positions and aligning them with the most qualified internal or external talent
The HR TABP will actively engage internal and external candidate pools to identify top talent and guide them through the hiring process.
The HR TABP will assist new hires with onboarding and skillset training to be productive in respective roles.
Additionally, the HR TABP will be a strategic business partner to internal management and executive leadership, supporting all aspects of recruitment, hiring, onboarding and HR protocols.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute timely recruiting strategies tailored to each position.
Create, update, and optimize both internal and external job postings that align with the Power Americas talent brand.
Manage the hiring lifecycle, including resume review, candidate screenings, interviews, and debrief management.
Delivers Human Resources solutions to drive the business and culture by providing HR partnership for the business operations
Interpret and assist with the understanding of human resources policies and procedures
Partner with hiring managers to develop and maintain job descriptions and development plans
Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system. Generate reports and provide data analysis to support HR decision-makin
Demonstrate the ability to negotiate offers, relocations, sign on bonuses to facilitate acceptance of job offers.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
4%2B years of Talent Acquisition experience in a large corporate environment.
Demonstrate ability to document candidates hiring process using SuccessFactors or equivalent applicant tracking system.
Represent at job fairs, career mixers, and campus recruiting events
Conduct onboarding and training with new employees, HR and business leaders
Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint and other Microsoft software solutions.
Demonstrate flexibility to attend after-hour events as a representative of Talent Acquisition/HR.
Ability to travel 20%
