In this role, you'll lead the administration and continuous improvement of the organization's human resources systems (HR Systems), translating HR Technology strategy into execution and providing input to ongoing strategy development. This role is responsible for ensuring system effectiveness, data integrity, and seamless integrations across HR and business platforms. The HR Systems Manager partners across functions to optimize processes, enhance the team member experience, and deliver data-driven insights. This role also ensures compliance with data privacy and control requirements while driving system enhancements, user adoption and operational efficiency.

Compensation:
Starting pay range: $99,900 - $139,000. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance and an annual equity grant in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
