HR Specialist- Lancaster, CA

The HR Specialist supports day‑to‑day human resources operations, helping ensure a positive and compliant employee experience. This role partners with leadership and staff to support hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration in a mission‑driven nonprofit environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and new‑hire orientation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support needs
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
