Job Description

We are seeking a Compensation Analyst I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in compensation analytics, salary survey participation, and job evaluation and a proven ability to deliver accurate, timely transactional compensation actions and support data-driven compensation decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the administration and delivery of compensation programs.
• Support the annual global compensation salary survey process.
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing.
• Respond to compensation inquiries from TA, HR, and business partners, meeting service levels and SLA requirements.
• Support salary increase proposals and promotions through data analysis.
• Assist with research and analysis of compensation and reward programs.
• Ensure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations across applicable countries.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform compensation practices.
• Provide support in salary planning, merit planning, and incentive program administration.
• Approve job and compensation actions in Workday.
• Prepare compensation reports and analyses.
• Assist with compensation projects, processes, and audits as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Math, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR, Finance, or an analytical, data-focused role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and core formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, including running queries and manipulating data.
• Exposure to job analysis and job evaluation.
