    Description

    We’re searching for a dynamic HR professional to join our HR Talent Team to support US compensation, benefits, and global recruitment in partnership with the Senior Director of HR. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic work with day-to-day execution.

    This role requires regular in-office presence to support collaboration and team engagement.

    Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Benefits Support
    • Advise on U.S. compensation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and state tax requirements.
    • Administer U.S. payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA, and employee inquiries.
    • Manage unemployment claims in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors.
    • Coordinate global merit increases and salary adjustments.
    • Conduct salary banding, pay equity reviews, and benchmarking analyses.
    Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
    • Lead full-cycle recruitment (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination).
    • Manage onboarding and new hire orientation.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
    • Track and report recruitment metrics.
    • Partner with leadership on hiring needs and strategies.
    • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS in compliance with employment laws.
    General HR Support
    • Support HR projects, reporting, data analysis, and training coordination.
    • Contribute to employee experience and culture initiatives.
    • Assist with additional HR initiatives as needed.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of HR experience with full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, and benefits management.
    • Knowledge of US labor laws.
    • Experience with ATS or HRIS systems and recruitment best practices.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Able to work autonomously while delivering high-quality results.
