Job Overview:

Join Pharmaron as an HR Shared Services (HRSS) Partner and play a vital role in supporting the employee experience across a dynamic and growing global organization.

As a key member of the HR Shared Services team, you will support critical employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, HR systems administration, compliance, employee records management, and HR operations. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business leaders to ensure efficient service delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely and professional support on HR policies, benefits, payroll inquiries, leave administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with established processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and databases while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle transactions, including promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and terminations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and site leadership to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Support HR reporting, analytics, and workforce metrics to assist leadership with data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist with HR compliance activities, audits, documentation management, and policy administration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing HR processes, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Maintain HR forms, templates, and documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Stay current on employment laws, HR trends, and best practices to support organizational compliance and effectiveness.
  • Support HR systems optimization initiatives, including data validation, process enhancements, and system testing activities.
  • Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience supporting HR operations, HR shared services, employee lifecycle administration, or HR coordination functions.
  • Experience supporting onboarding, employee records management, HR compliance, leave administration, benefits, or HRIS processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience supporting audits, process improvement initiatives, or HR reporting is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments and locations.
