Job Title: HR Shared Service Specialist
Location: West Palm Beach, FL – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay range: $21 to $24 per hour (DOE)
 
Job Description:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers through the employee portal.
  • Support employees throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure HR requests are resolved accurately and within established timelines.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve internal HR knowledge base content to promote employee self-service.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate inconsistent or inefficient HR processes, policies, and practices.
  •  Mitigate HR risk and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, including Total Rewards, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Proactively identify service issues and business requirements.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to HR tools, processes, policies, and overall employee experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support HR operations and shared services initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Employee Benefits Administration.
  • Experience with Onboarding, I-9 Verification & Compliance, and Offboarding processes.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems.
  • Strong customer-facing HR support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and connect information across multiple HR processes.
  • Experience supporting HR Shared Services or HR Operations environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end HR processes is a plus.
  • Experience with process improvement and knowledge management initiatives is preferred.
Additional Information:
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in EST or PST time zones 
  • Opportunity for contract extension and/or conversion to full-time employment based on business needs and available headcount.
