Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and leaders within the manufacturing and logistics operations center.
- Create and maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is completed and organized.
- Support and administer HR policies, programs, and procedures while ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee data management.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, procedures, and general HR-related matters.
- Post job openings, review applications, and conduct initial candidate phone screenings.
- Maintain and generate HR reports and workforce data as needed.
- Collaborate with the Safety team to support reporting, compliance, and employee safety initiatives.
- Help drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively recommend solutions that support the business and employee experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Previous HR experience in a manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or fast-paced operational environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and confidentiality standards.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Your Compensation
This position will be within the range of $65,000 - $126,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 8-10% of compensation.
