HR Recruiter - Sr

Title: Technical Recruiter
Location: Mclean, VA
Duration: 12+ months
Pay Range: $50-55/hr on W2 without benefits

Introduction:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Recruiter. This role is based in McLean, VA, with a competitive salary range of $50-55/hr on W2 without benefits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
• Strong communication skills and executive presence to support Director level hiring
• Ability to manage the full desk and source candidates independently
• Proven ability to maintain candidate relationships and meet hiring needs
• 2 years of experience in recruiting strategy, collaborating with recruiting managers and peers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies
• Ability to identify and implement solutions to complex recruiting issues
• Proficiency in using niche social networking and industry knowledge for recruiting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Source, build, and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the recruiting process for high-level, difficult positions and specialty roles
• Execute the full life cycle recruiting process autonomously, meeting time-to-fill goals
• Act as a recruiting partner and subject matter expert to business leadership and key stakeholders
• Screen and counsel candidates, coach the hiring team, and negotiate offers
• Facilitate formal consensus meetings with the hiring team
• Practice attention to detail and flawless execution of requisition processing
