We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a strong candidate experience
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles
  • Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer process
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws
  • Track and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate evaluation skills
  • Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for specialized roles (e.g., technical, sales, or executive hiring)
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting and reporting
